A moist, rich sponge made with fine Belgian chocolate layered with lashings of chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Zesty Lemon Sponge

A moist light lemon sponge, layered with home-made lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.

Ferrero Rocher Cake

Rich espresso flavoured sponge with walnuts, filled with caramel sauce and brown sugar buttercream.

Chocolate & Vanilla Marble

Visually stunning marble cake with both sweet vanilla and rich chocolate flavours. Can be layered with either vanilla or chocolate buttercream.

Rainbow Sponge

A real visual treat, kids especially love this. Minimum 6 layer cake in all the colours of the rainbow. Premium pricing applies to this option.

All cakes contain dairy and are made in a kitchen where nuts are present.

If requested, we can supply dairy or gluten free cakes.

Our standard tiers are 4 layers deep, the exceptions being extended tiers and Rainbow Cakes.  All of our iced cakes are covered with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before the icing. This is to ensure a beautifully smooth finish and clean lines.
